The staff were friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the hot breakfast, although it was the same each day. One staff member helped me a lot when I had car trouble. he lent me his jumper cables. This kindness made my stay easier as a family with children.

The noise from the room above was disruptive during my stay. The pool chairs were damaged and not addressed until I reported it, which was disappointing.

The folks working there are super friendly, but the breakfast was kinda lame—same eggs and sausage every day. Oh, and the family above us was loud enough that we had to call the front desk. Nice picnic area outside, but that noise really took away from things.

The only hiccup was that I requested a top floor room but ended up on a lower level, which led to some noise issues in the morning. Overall, great place to recharge!

our stay at hampton inn was really pleasant! the queen room was clean and didn't have any weird hotel smells. the beds were super comfortable, and it was nice and quiet at night. we loved that they offered cable tv, which was a great bonus for our family. the location was also convenient for visiting attractions nearby.

I had a great time at the Hampton Inn in Carlsbad. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds felt just right for a good night's sleep. Breakfast each morning was a treat. There were tasty choices like eggs, potatoes, and fresh waffles. Saw coffee available all day, which is a big plus for me. The staff were friendly—they greeted me and always asked how I was doing. However, the Wi-Fi could use some improvement. it was a bit slow at times. I also noticed the air conditioning took a while to cool the room, especially during the day. The pool area was clean, but the hot tub wasn't as hot as I expected. It would’ve been nice if the maintenance team was more responsive to some minor issues I noticed. Still, the location was right near attractions like Legoland, which made visits really easy. I would consider staying here again for the comfortable amenities and welcoming staff.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The beds were super comfortable and the space was clean. Breakfast had a good variety each day, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Free parking was a bonus. I plan to return! 😊
